We will discussing the spring trip, band fees, and up coming fundraisers. We hope everyone can make it!
The Dixieland Showcase is Saturday at T.R. Miller High School in Brewton, AL. The first band goes on at 2:10 and the awards are at 9:10.
Call time is 1:45.
We will pull out by 2:30.
We will arrive at T.R. Miller by 5:30.
We will eat as soon as we get there and be done eating by 6:30.
We will be dressed and unloaded by 6:50 so we can be on time to warm up at 7:00.
We will perform at 7:50.
Awards are at 9:10.

We will eat at Burger King next door to T.R. Miller and have the students ready to test by 7:45.
We will eat lunch after the testing is over and be ready to meet up with the rest of the band upon their arrival.
Zaxby's is doing a benefit tonight for the CMS band. 10% of all it's sales tonight during the supper hours will go to the CMS band. Go eat some good chicken and help the middle school band.
DON'T BE LATE! Roll will be called and we will roll out shortly thereafter. REMEMBER all show items: socks, shoes, shirt. Eat before you arrive and bring money for dinner. Let's show Troy what we got! See you then.
Go PINK as Oak Grove brings it to Calera. Remember your show shirt, long black socks (no ankle socks please) and band shoes. Calera Eagle Band salutes those who have survived and remembers those who have lost their battle with breast cancer. Go PINK!

Please volunteer for concession stand duty. We the parents of the Calera Eagle Marching Band are responsible to cover concession stand for High School, Middle School and Junior Varsity games at home. There are currently a few doing the work of MANY! The offer made at the beginning of the year still stands at $25 off of total band fees for each worked event, up to $50. Do your share, volunteer for concession stand today! Also, if you have volunteered and worked, we appreciate your service. Unfortunately, we have had incidences of no-shows.
